Hemodiafiltration is a safe and efficient dialysis to pediatric patients. Online Kt/V may help us to take right decision in order to keep an adecuate vascular access and good dialysis quality. A true V is the most important value to consider, We are using bioimpedence (BCM) to improve this.I hope HDF and OCM could be available for Latin America in the futureDr. Jean GrandyChile
